the airport shuttle runs frequently. it leaves every half hour. the shuttle driver was helpful and friendly. i found their service very reliable and punctual, which eased my travel worries.

the front desk person seemed distracted during my check-in. she was on the phone and had a visitor. i had to correct her on my beverage purchase which was a bit inconvenient.

I faced issues with the shuttle service. It wasn't frequent enough, causing extended wait times. i missed my flight due to this delay. It's frustrating when transportation isn't reliable near an airport. the lack of clear signage for the pick-up location at the airport added to the confusion. also, the vending machine on my floor was out of order. It was disappointing not to grab a quick snack.

The hotel location proved convenient (I was glad it was so close). The airport was easily accessible. The staff were nice. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough. the sink was separate from the bathroom, something I did not like. (It was a little inconvenient).
